O'CHEF LAB

O’Chef Lab, located in the Southern District of Hong Kong, is Chef Olivier Elzer's food research laboratory. It serves not only as the significant location for Chef Olivier Elzer's culinary development but also as the production center for O’Chef Lab’s branded frozen packaged food. O’Chef Lab products are freshly prepared daily, using rapid cooling technology to create packaged foods that are retailed and delivered to customers in Hong Kong.
